Sjoerd Zuidema
CEOSjoerd is a versatile and determined professional who has gained broad international experience in the chemical industry in the last 20 years by holding various financial, supply chain and commercial leadership positions. Sjoerd is a passionate leader and highly involved in the process towards his team, the suppliers of raw materials and logistics service providers.
Sjoerd’s sense of purpose is to continuously improve AnQore’s highly reliable and safe supply chain for the benefit of our customers, our employees and the environment we live in. He is passionate about working with all participants in the value chain and feels particularly energized in leading the process to realize these next steps.
Sebastiaan van Dooren
CFOSebastiaan is a finance professional with over fifteen years’ experience. He started his career in banking gaining extensive experience in financing solutions and corporate banking.
Before joining AnQore, Sebastiaan worked 7 years as CFO in the phosphate industry with a focus on international growth and development of the finance organization.
Tom Pijls
COOTom is a seasoned Chief Operations Officer with more than 20 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. He is used to managing large teams and improving operations. He is convinced that if the organisation is focused on safety and sustainability a good performance will follow.
Danny van Ballegoy
CCOWith over 20 years of professional experience in sales and strategy in the oil, gas and chemicals sectors Danny ensures the best possible interation with our customers. He strongly believes that long term cooperation with strong, succesful customers is the key to a healthy business.
With his team he ensures that AnQore is always regarded as the best supplier to all our customers. Continious improvement of service offerings and predicable security of supply are central themes to his approach to the market.
José Mugge
CTOJose is an experienced R&D and technology manager with over 20 years of experience. She began her career at AnQore 18 years ago as an R&D technologist, where she built broad knowledge of the production process of acrylonitrile and its by-products. She supports AnQore's strategic vision with a continuous focus on improvement studies, technological projects, and sustainability for the production process.
